Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and still have the security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the provided return label, then drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
